9.1.1 Circumstances that may arise
- Illness or Health Issues: The speaker may experience sudden illness or health issues that prevent them from attending the event.
- Travel Disruptions: Unforeseen travel disruptions such as flight cancellations, severe weather conditions, or transportation strikes may hinder the speaker’s ability to travel to the event location.

- Professional Commitments: Last-minute professional commitments or contractual obligations may arise, compelling the speaker to cancel their appearance at the event.

9.1.2 Alternative Arrangements:

If the speaker agrees to appear online or virtually, AT DENT shall not be obligated to offer refunds to attendees, as the essence of the speaker’s contribution to the event remains intact through virtual means. Attendees acknowledge and accept that the option for the speaker to appear online or virtually serves as a reasonable alternative to physical attendance, and therefore, no refunds will be provided in such cases.
9.2 In the event that a scheduled speaker cancels their participation in an event, AT DENT shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or damage incurred by attendees or any other parties involved. However, we cannot be held liable for any failure to provide such notifications in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues beyond our control.

In the event of a speaker cancellation, AT DENT will assess the situation and determine whether refunds or credits will be issued to affected attendees. Any such decisions will be made at the discretion of [Event Management Company] and communicated to attendees in a timely manner.
